"I paid TZS 30,000 — why hasn't work started?"

It covers connection and the site visit. Construction is quoted separately after the visit.

"The professional never came."

No verified check-in within 24h of the agreed slot means TZS 10,000 is auto-refunded and you're reconnected with no second connection fee.

"I don't like the quote — refund me."

The assessment was completed, so that fee stands. We can connect you to another professional.

"The client is ignoring me; my money is stuck."

Payment releases automatically 3 days after you mark a milestone complete (7 days on the final one), unless a dispute is raised.

"Why did I receive less than agreed?"

Platform commission and withholding tax were deducted. Both appear on your statement, and your tax certificate is attached — claim it as a credit when you file.

"Can we just arrange this privately?"

You may, but no escrow protection, dispute support, tax certificates, or ratings apply to off-platform work.
